Point Checks

Targeted surveys for specific moments, processes, and events in the tenant journey.

Focused Feedback When It Matters

Ongoing surveys like tenant satisfaction, user surveys, coworking surveys, and employee surveys are designed to measure everyday delivery. But when something specific is happening, you often need a more focused measurement that captures that particular process or event.

Point Checks are targeted surveys built for exactly that. They help you collect feedback at the moments where the learning value is highest.

Exit Surveys

When a tenant leaves, they may have insights that are hard to capture through ongoing measurements. An exit survey can help uncover:

  • Reasons behind the move
  • What could have changed the outcome
  • What you should improve to perform better in other tenant relationships

Move-In Surveys

Shortly after a new tenant moves in, you can measure how the onboarding process worked in practice. This can cover:

  • The pre-move process, including negotiation and follow-up
  • The move-in execution and coordination
  • How well the landlord or property manager supported the transition

Project CSI

For new developments and major renovations, it can be valuable to measure the tenant experience during the project itself. Point CSI can be used at key milestones to understand:

  • How the process is experienced right now
  • What is working and what is creating friction
  • What should be adjusted before the next phase

This can apply both when a tenant will move in after completion, and when tenants remain in the building during renovation.

Certification Surveys

Some certification frameworks require occupant or tenant feedback as part of the documentation. Point Checks can be used to support survey-based requirements for certifications such as BREEAM.
