NEMEET Brand Index

Benchmark-based brand measurement for real estate companies that want to know how they compare in the market.

Why Measure Brand Separately?

Many of the intangible assets we measure are either aspects of brand, or tightly related to it. Customer satisfaction surveys, coworking surveys, user surveys, and employee surveys all capture what specific respondent groups think about a company. But those surveys are limited to the groups you already interact with directly.

NEMEET Brand Index exists for a broader purpose. It measures brand in more contexts, and across more groups, than a tenant or employee survey can.

A strong company benefits from being well regarded by more than its existing customers and employees. Brand affects how you are perceived by groups you do not necessarily reach through operational surveys, such as:

  • Potential new employees
  • Potential new customers
  • Market stakeholders and partners
  • Public-sector and regulatory environments
  • Competitors and the broader market context

Depending on your needs, NEMEET Brand Index can measure these external groups specifically, or measure multiple groups in one coordinated survey.

Benchmarking First

NEMEET Brand Index is primarily a benchmarking survey. The goal is to provide clear comparative answers such as:

  • How you perform versus competitors and other market players
  • Whether you are perceived as stronger or weaker on key dimensions
  • How your brand strength changes over time

This is not primarily a qualitative branding exercise aimed at defining a "brand personality" or collecting long lists of associations. The focus is on hard, comparable data.

What We Measure

The survey is designed to quantify how your company compares to others on core brand dimensions such as:

  • Competence
  • Innovation
  • Familiarity
  • Overall reputation and perceived credibility
