NEMEET is an international real estate analytics and platform company with two services. One is an RFP marketplace where tenant reps post space requirements on behalf of clients so landlords can respond with suitable options (nemeet.com). The other (NEMEET research - nmresearch.com) helps landlords, property managers and other real estate professionals measure and improve their intangible assets, especially brands, and tenant, user, and employee satisfaction.
Between the two platforms we serve more than four hundred real estate companies.

The roots of NEMEET go back to 1999, when the predecessor of the current RFP-platform NEMEET.com was established as an old-fashioned mailing list for the commercial real estate industry in Oslo, Norway.
Launched CSI-surveys in Norway in cooperation with an external analytics partner.
NEMEET AS was created, converting the mailing list into a platform.
The first annual industry wide brand measurement in Norway was conducted - the Real Estate Barometer.
NEMEET.com was launched in Sweden and NEMEET created and launched a complete set of surveys, called the NEMEET IA Suite, that enables real estate companies to get an integrated perspective across all their key intangible assets. The methodology for all surveys except employee satisfaction developed in house.

NEMEET IA Suite is a platform developed specifically for real estate IA surveying, analysis and reporting. It is not built on top of or as an adaptation of a general purpose surveying platform. This allows us a much better control over our technology stack, which means our platform more easily is adapted to our customer needs where competing platforms often force their users to adapt to it.
